Fun, fiery and sensual, Spanish Dance is predominantly a percussive dance; the dancer is also the musician, creating elaborate rhythms and counter-rhythms using castanets, footwork, clapping, finger snaps and an assortment of other methods. The most popular category of Spanish Dance is Flamenco.


Started in 2014, Flamenco Flamingos has been noted among students for its quirky approach toward the learning of the dance. Since its inception, Flamenco Flamingos has taken part in a number of activities, including the Singapore Flamenco Festival and the Be The Change Exposition.
