TRX Training Classes
You are welcome to do drop-in sessions at The Studio and trial sessions are avaliable for complete beginner. Do call Aidi to book a class, as each training session has limited slots.
What is TRX
TRX Training class is the best workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. The class can never get boring!
During the TRX class, you will perform upper and lower body exercises that activate your core throughout and have the following BENEFITS: build strength, improve flexibility, balance and core stability. With the innovative programming and variety of exercises, you will get an effective, total body workout in each class with no chance of boredom.
About The Trainer - Aidi:
A former national athlete and 20 years’ experience in conducting personal and small group training sessions, Aidi aims to challenge his clients to be a better version of themselves.
